Triptych

The gentleman who bought the 'Handover' two card set, commissioned a third card to form a triptych. I've been thinking it would have been great to carry this on and add all the Doctors... :)

Moonlight

I've started a new set of sketch cards ~ silhouette Tardises, in different locations. Just finished this one today. I'm pleased with how it turned out. I used pencil crayons for the sky and black acrylic paint to make the foreground really dark, and to bring it forward.
This one is titled: Moonlight

I've titled this one simply ~ 'Fire'.
While drawing it, I was thinking along the lines of one of the Doctor's aliases, particularly the one the Daleks gave him ~ "Ka Faraq Gatri", 'Destoyer of Worlds'/'Bringer of Darkness'.

We can only speculate the 8th Doctor's role in The Last Great Time War, but I suspect the above title was never more apt.

Just had a great two weeks off work, catching up on chores and spending time with Rosie, who's been off on her Easter Hols. Back to the desk today, once I'd managed to clear a path to it! Finished the final card for the Twilight set, see above. They are all(apart from the top two, which are sold) available for purchase now and will go up on eBay eventually, unless someone buys them first!

Trying to decide which of my cards to put up on the Bay later. Might be the Star Wars ones, or a couple more Doctor Who... watch this space.

Meanwhile, I have some cracking ideas for more cards. All in the planning stages at the mo...
